Membership Program: Receiving Credits
HK$25 Reward Credit for every HK$400 purchased
Receive a HK$25 reward credit for each purchase of HK$400 or more in a single transaction. Each eligible transaction will receive a HK$25 reward credit for every $400 spent, up to a maximum of HK$100 credit per transaction. Reward credits are valid for 3 years from the date of the transaction.
New Member Welcome Credit: HK$20
New members will receive an exclusive HK$20 welcome credit upon membership sign up in-store or online. Each member sign up is eligible for one HK$20 welcome credit. Welcome credits are valid for 7 days from the date of the membership sign up.
Birthday Credit: HK$30
Members will receive an exclusive $30 birthday credit. Birthday credits are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Membership Program: Redeeming Credits
Credits may be redeemed in transactions with a minimum spend of HK$400, up to maximum of HK$100 credits redeemed per transaction. Credits can be redeemed at check-out, applicable to instore or online. Credits will automatically be stored and accumulated in your membership account. Credits will expire at the end of their relevant validity period without prior notice. Validity period differs depending on credit types. All Credits are applicable to in-store and online. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotions. Credits are not transferable. Validity date cannot be extended. paper n things reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, paper n things reserves the right of final decision.
Monogram Service
Members are entitled to an exclusive monogram discount. Service available in-store only, not available online.
All monogramming is done by hand, every item is unique and there may be slight variations. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on personalised items unless the product is faulty.
Membership Registration
• You agree that all information submitted by you in regard to your application shall be complete, accurate and up-to-date.
• We have the sole discretion to determine whether or not to accept or reject your application, for any reasons whatsoever, with no liability to you.
• You shall upon our request, at any time and for any reason, prove your membership and/or your eligibility as a member and produce such documentary proof in support of the eligibility as we shall deem fit.
• You may not transfer or assign your membership to any third party
• Any offers, benefits, gifts, vouchers, products or services provided in relation to the program shall be amended, provided, offered or terminated, from time to time, at our sole discretion, without any liability to you; and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.
• We reserve the right to reject your application and/or to cancel, terminate or suspend your membership from the program, at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion.
• Membership revocation may affect eligibility for further participation in the program.
• If your membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, any points in your account will automatically expire.
• We may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, suspend, terminate or modify these terms, the program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the program or may terminate the program at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of your membership following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
